This gentle puss has more than her share of charm and personality.

Measuring 6 ½ inches log from tip of nose to tip of tail, 3 inches tall and 1-½ inches broad, lovely puss is hand-sewn out of white cotton flannel that has a grayish cast to it.  I don't think it's dirty but might have been lightly over painted (or theorem) with grey, as it is uniform in its appearance.  Puss is firmly stuffed with cotton batting and still retains her original purple silk ribbon, floss whiskers and piercing blue glass eyes (quite unique).  It's possible this kitty was fashioned after someone's beloved pet.

Condition is excellent with no rips or holes and it dates to the late 19th C, and was found in Lancaster County, PA.  Quite wonderful and sweet, she is waiting to be adopted into a new home.
