Among the tins were these two colorful and charming tea tins that have been displayed one atop the other amongst my cat things.

Tin # 1
Dimensions: 2 ¼ inches high by 3 inches wide by 2 inches deep.
Condition: Very good with minor signs of wear.  (See photos)
Age: Late 19th C.

Tin # 2
Dimensions: 2 ¾ inches high by4 ½ inches wide by 3 ¼ inches deep.
Condition:   Good; signs of wear; signs of slight oxidation but not rusty.
Age: Late 19th C.

Both of these tins have the same sweet chromo lithos on them; only on the larger one the side panels actually have names “Prickly Customer” and “In Disgrace”.  The larger one also has an embossed lid on which the center medallion and ribbon is raised.

If you are a cat collector than you know that tin ware with cats on it is incredibly hard to come by.  I’ve managed to amass a modest sized collection over the years bit have rarely been able to find duplicates.   So to find a large and small one to “stack” was a collecting coup on my part.

They are being sold separately such as they were purchased.

Price: SOLD
